Toka Japanese Food Restaurant

I went to a new open restaurant with my aunts and my cousin. My cousin will go to China for working after one week. So we decided to eat together. I chose to eat in this restaurant because every time I pass through there it full of people. I think it may be a nice restaurant and the food is delicious. On that day, we ate there for two hours. However, it is not as great as I thought. There were many customers but not enough waiters. It is difficult to understand the menu. Sometimes we try to ask the waiters what the food is. They didn't answer very clearly or just said they really don't know. How can new customers know what to order if the waiters cannot explain the menu properly? I think this restaurant has nice food, but the service is bad.

A Party

We are going to have a party this Sunday at 5:00pm.
Follow these directions to get to our house. They will lead you from Tainan train station to our house by car or by motorcycle.

From the station, go around the roundabout. Turn right on Cheng-gong Road for about four blocks. At the corner of Cheng-gong Road and Si-men Road, turn right again. Si-Men Road is a long road and you will need to stay on it for about a mile. Then, you will find the Bei-an Road, turn left. Go straight and pass three traffic lights, turn right. You will see a traditional market on your left hand side. Go into the street and pass around two corners, turn left. You will find the No.25 house on your left and ring the bell. Someone will let you in.

We hope that you will come and join our party. Bring something to eat or drink and we also prepare some delicious food for you. You may also bring your friends. You might miss a good time if you don’t come.

School life

Dear Vivi,
It's Thursday evening and I am in the writing class now. Tomorrow will be the Moon Festival. Will you have the bar-be-cue with your family? I will go to my aunt's house with my family. Moreover, my little sister will come back tomorrow. You know, she studies in Taipei. We have not seen each other for a long time. She will give me a gift that she bought in Thailand.

By the way, how's your new work in Taipei? I'm surprised when I heard that you work in Taipei. This decision must be hard for you. You know I also made a hard decision for myself. I decided to go back to school for studying. It's not in Wenzao. It's a little far for me and maybe I need to find a new job. So I choose to study in Southern Taiwan University and it's near my home.

I studied here almost for three weeks. I thought everything is fine except on the first day, I could hardly find the classroom. I tried to find it almost for thirty minutes and I walked around the whole campus. At that time, I missed our former small campus. Even though it didn't have enough space but it was easier to find the classroom. In my class, the classmates are nice and most of them have jobs in the day time. I also have some good friends here. Maybe we can go together for drinking in the future. In here, we also have English Writing, Listening and Conversation class. I choose to learn French and Japanese for the third and fourth language. It didn't have Spanish in my schedule. The France it's not difficult but Japanese it's a little hard for me to remember the words. I'll try my best to do well.
